Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.

No-shows or failure to arrive at the agreed meeting point will be considered a last-minute cancellation and are not eligible for a refund.

If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability. Reschedule requests made within 72 hours may incur a fee.
In the rare event that we need to cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be offered the choice of a full refund or an alternative date.
