Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. However, due to the personalized nature of this private experience, the following cancellation terms apply:

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the scheduled tour time – you’ll receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.

No-shows or failure to arrive at the agreed meeting point will be considered a last-minute cancellation and are not eligible for a refund.

If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability. Reschedule requests made within 72 hours may incur a fee.
In the rare event that we need to cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be offered the choice of a full refund or an alternative date.
