A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of any itinerary or concierge package.

Full payment is due 72 hours after confirmation
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 7+ days in advance: full refund minus any non-refundable third-party fees.

Cancellations made 3–6 days prior: 50% refund.

Cancellations within 72 hours: no refund available due to pre-booked services.

Rescheduling is allowed once without penalty, if notified 72 hours in advance.
